I have been in the insurance business since 1992. At that time I worked in a different division than Aaron but I had heard about his sales reputation. Upon leaving that organization, I started with Aaron on a part time basis selling Life & Disability products. I went full time with Woodmen of the World for a while until I found out that I was a “captive” agent. So, back I went to Aaron on a full - part time basis. Knowing what I know now, I should have worked for him, if I could have, 30 years ago. He is a great owner, manager, opportunist & friend. He offers to his employees, many avenues to make a good living. Sometimes a product doesn’t sell as good as another for someone but others do. He has no requirements on the amount of business you sell but the main thing he stresses is that you “do the right thing because t’s the right thing to do” and have fun doing it. . He has training sessions weekly & is there for you any time you have a question. I have come across other agencies that are out there to sell their products just to make an easy buck without looking out for the needs of their client. Personally, I don’t have clients - I call them “friends”. Aaron stresses to take care of the customer’s needs first.
